General Schooling Information
- Registration for each event ends at 5pm on the evening before the event.
- Signed Waiver and certified helmet is required and proof of coggins must be available upon request.
- Parking is at the top of the hill, near the tower. The GPS address is: 347 Green Valley Road, Coatesville, PA 19320
- There is no water on grounds: please be sure to bring plenty for your horses and yourself.
- We try to have a food truck on-site from 11:00-2:30. Otherwise pack your own drinks and snacks.

Stadium Jumping Details
General Schedule:
9:30am - 11:00am: Starter (2'3") in 3-minute intervals
10:00am - 11:30am: Beginner Novice (2'7") in 3-minute intervals
12:00pm - 1:00pm: Novice (2'11") in 2-minute intervals
1:30pm - 2:30pm: Training (3'3") in 2-minute intervals
3:00pm - 3:30pm: Modified (3'5") in 2-minute intervals
3:45pm - 4:15pm: Preliminary (3'7") in 2-minute intervals
$35 per round if both pre-registered and paid for online before the registration period ends.
$40 per round if either added or paid for after the registration period ends.
Dressage Details
- We offer all USEF Eventing tests, FEI Eventing tests, and USDF tests Training level through Grand Prix
- Both arenas will run simultaneously
- Riders select the test they wish to ride when registering online
$45 per test if both pre-registered and paid for online before the registration period ends.
$50 per test if either added or paid for after the registration period ends.
Derby Details
A mix of show jumping and cross country with a friendly, competitive atmosphere.
Training (max height 3'3")

- Course maps with optimum times will be available by 5pm the Tuesday before the event
- Safety vests and helmets required when mounted
- Tailgating welcome
- All dogs must be leashed
$55 per round if both pre-registered and paid for online before the registration period ends.
$60 per round if either added or paid for after the registration period ends.
Scoring
Each round is judged and timed. Penalties will be awarded as follows:
Show jump rails: 4 penalties
First refusal: 20 penalties
Second refusal, same fence: 40 penalties
Third refusal anywhere on course: Elimination
Rider fall: Elimination
Fall of horse: Elimination
Time penalties: 1 point per second over optimum time
(Style points awarded per round on a scale of 1 to 10.)
Each rider starts on a score of 100. Penalties are deducted as described above; style points are added at the end of the round. The highest score wins. In the case of a tie the closest to optimal time wins.
